    I cant think of anything the service department could have done to achieve a higher score. They really have something special going on there. Staff seem very happy, enjoy talking with customers, and are complete brand ambassadors.

    My situation was unique concerning the VW that I purchased from another Fred Bean location. VW Doylestown walked me through the entire process. Matt was exceptionally kind and careful in making sure that car was taken care of. I truly appreciate it!
