This location is always so nice on the phone and in person. My car was in for inspection, a recall and it's 10,000 mile service. When I called to make the appointment, they warned me that the recall issue could take most of the day, in case I had other plans. I didn't, so it was not an issue. I was pleasantly surprised when my car was finished by noon! I have had only positive experiences here!
