Matt corrected the last individual I spoke to there. Had numerous recalls available for 24 Atlas. One day I called and spoke to a person about ordering the needed parts and requested a call to schedule appointment to replace. Well parts came in to your warehouse and sat there for over 2 months. When I called again to schedule service, I was told parts have been sitting there for months.

The service department took in my car on the spot without an appointment .It was great because the engine light was on.

Tire was not leaking. Service representative sent picture of small nail in tread. The complete tire new as well. Representative said tire would need to be replaced, in order to complete inspection. Time cost money, reluctantly I allowed repair. I was surprised, my selling experience was excellent . I still think Fred Beans I completely disagree, picture from tire clearly shows , tire easily could have been plug.There was no safety risk and tire was even leaking . I strongly considered inspecting car with garage, I was in contact with. The tire sensor was corrected . The sensor light flashed on next day My selling experience with car year ago. This experience completely contrast to when purchasing car last year. Not sure coming back for service. I would appreciate someone, in management reaching out to me. I would like to share pictures of tire , positioning previous shared , with service advisor Thank you for your attention, this matter Kevin Jacobs
