Staff is super friendly and keeps you updated throughout any and all service appointments. They thoroughly explain what work is being done as well as any recommended work. They definitely keep the information flowing through the appointment, which I greatly appreciate! Always a pleasure taking my car here.

I have a 2020 Volkswagen Tiguan whose bushings needed to be replaced at 47,000 miles. I had to pay $250 deductible to fix the issue and $179 to get an alignment. I was told that I was lucky that usually they go at 25,000. How can you make a car that does not last 100,000 miles with little repair. I have a 2002 Golf that has lasted without bushing for 300,000 plus miles. It seems like this should have been a recall that you paid for and not a warranty issue that I had to pay for.

The service team was thorough in detailing what my service would entail and how long it would take. It was a long one (3 hours) and I chose to wait and work from there. The new building is beautiful - may I suggest more outlets in the waiting area though? The ones at the high bar were taken and the rest required sitting in the chairs and bending over a coffee table to work - not ideal. The service manager had me on my way and sent my receipt over later via email to help get me out of there in a timely manner - very much appreciated!
