The service personnel are friendly, helpful and efficient. My experience with this department is always good. I am told about how long the service will take, an estimate of the costs and why the service needs to be done.

I got an alignment with my new tires and the car is still out of alignment. Not sure why so much is charged for a service that does not last past the dealership driveway. Would be nice to have this included in the cost of new tires. It would also be nice to get reimbursed for this service.

Solomon the service agent at the desk was especially helpful. I did not have to wait long for the work to be done and he even suggested coupling the oil change and tire rotation with the inspection that is due in December, but I did not have the time. The new building looks great. Dan Golden
