I had a wonderful experience with Alec Corbin, Tyler Wesley and Chris Miller. I’ve been buying new cars every 2-3 years for 15 years, and by far my best experience yet has been this one with Fred beans.

I was told when I booked the appointment that there was no recall on my car, despite receiving a letter from VW in the mail that I was in need of one. Then when I arrived for the appointment, I was told that there is one. Then at the end of the appointment, I was told that they couldn't do the recall because the sticker wouldn't print out. All in all, it was a lot of back and forth about this recall sticker. On top of that, my appointment for waiting was at 7:45am and I did not leave VW until close to 11am. I was told originally that this would only take 45 minutes-1 hour and I watched several people with appointments after me come and go, before my car was done.
