Overall experience was great. Service advisor Matt Burgess communicated with me throughout my visit. Caught that inspection was due and even took a step further and printed out my insurance card. Improvements: Took too long to search my info when I called the following day. I even bought the car there. More info on service order since it did not state part was ordered and estimate charge of 299.00 on a new car under warranty. Other improvement would be with "Other Matt". Needs further customer service training and learn the definition of De-escalation. Luckily, I spoke to someone named Bob afterwards who smooth everything over. Again, Matt B was great and I was distracted that day while waiting for car since working as well. Totally missed what he stated about the fuel Door issue. He was on the phone when I had to leave and called the next day

BUT, please add a few dollars to your budget and get rid of the very scratchy TP in the bathroom! :)
