Matt was extremely pleasant and helpful as this vehicle had its problems and I wasn’t very happy with it at all. The people I dealt with trying to resolve the issues were kind and understanding about my frustration with this purchase ( Tiquan). I appreciate the last service spot of this car and with that, I traded it in as I cobsider this car to be a “lemon”
