My fiancé and I both brought in our vehicles a couple days apart. I brought in my 2018 Passat, our line which I am advising on the issue that I have. I went for an oil change and an alignment. The representative Matt is very dismissive. This is the second time I’ve had an issue with him. I know that when you go in for service, they automatically do an overall health inspection of your vehicle. The representative is done to come back and ask if any other services that the mechanic found were or were not to be added to get serviced. He did not come back to me With the Mechanics suggestions. I seen that it was declined, but I never received the information for it to be declined. I know, from past experiences, that you, as the customer are supposed to be notified, and I was never notified. I then call and asked to speak to Matt again after my service was performed because I hear a strange noise on my left hand front side of my wheel. I was not experiencing that prior to me bringing in my vehicle for an alignment. I left there now all of a sudden I have an issue with my left front side of the tire. I advised him that I was hearing a strange noise and he just stood quiet and started going over pricing instead of asking me to bring the vehicle in to do an a check and see what’s wrong. I am going to wait for the service manager on Friday to advise some of the issue because something needs to be done because my vehicle was not making that noise when I went in.
