    Did not go over how the remote start and show how it works. The battery of the car was low. The inspection is 6 months old. Did not receive any follow up calls after the pick up of vehicle.

    The service team at Fred Beans is great. Everything was explained to me ahead of time....and my oil was changed for free because of a leak from a bad washer on the drain plug. I bring my car ONLY to Fred Beans for service. They are top notch.

    When I called to schedule the service I was told there were 2 recalls in addition to the inspection that I needed. I was told the recalls "could" take a little while so if able, I should plan to leave my car for the day. I agreed and scheduled my service. When I arrived to drop my car off the day of the scheduled service I was told one of the recalls "might" take 3 or 4 days to complete. It was a software update and they had no way of knowing how long it would take until they started it. I wish I had been given the information about the possibility it could take 3 or 4 days at the time I scheduled my service. Fortunately, it only took 2 days to complete but I had not planned to be without my car for more than 1 day.
