Service Advisor should be clear when saying open till 6:00pm if the mechanic leave at 5:00 what good it the service department being open until 6:00pm. Simple flat tire had to wait until next day for repair, thus drop off and pick-up rides needed to be arranged at the last minute.

Kevin, Service Manager at the time for my 2018 VW convertible top motor replacement was very helpful in keeping me up to date on progress. Having the loaner car was key to customer service. Thank You

Service was great. The third party to schedule didn't know you have loaners, which was an oversight on their part. They should be informed and accessible to the scheduling system.

They are very nice and very helpful. All concerns were addressed. I requested a specific day for the appointment and received it.

I brought my vehicle in for a state inspection, and we discussed the unnecessary and premature service that is being recommended by the dealer versus the results of the state inspection. We never discussed the condition of the brakes, tires, or emissions findings. I have no idea how the overall health of those items are. The focus was on what more could be sold to the customer, including service not recommended by VW until my next service interval--6,300 miles from now. Do I really need an oil change after 3,700 miles just because the dealer would like to replace my spark plugs? They wanted to replace the spark plugs last year. VW has it scheduled for the 80K service for a reason. This is why customers dislike bringing their vehicles to the dealer for service.
